A complaint? We can hardly imagine it! We’re incredibly sorry to hear that.

We recommend that you first let us know about your complaint by emailing klantenservice@vuurenrook.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. Since 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU have also been able to submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union’s platform.
