    With the Kamado Joe SlōRoller Classic Joe, you can turn your Classic Joe into a true smoker. The specially shaped smoke chamber allows smoke and heat to move through the kamado in circulating waves. This surrounds your food more evenly with smoke and creates fewer hotspots.

    The SlōRoller is particularly effective for low & slow cooking such as pulled pork, spareribs, brisket and pork collar. The even distribution of heat and smoke gives you more control during long BBQ sessions and allows the smoke to reach your food beautifully from all sides.

    This separate version comes with the SlōRoller Hyperbolic Smoke Chamber and a matching grill grate. To install it, replace the existing Divide & Conquer grate with the included grate. The Classic Joe III already comes with a SlōRoller as standard, making this separate set particularly interesting as an upgrade for a Classic Joe I or II, or as a replacement part.
