    With the Kamado Joe Half-Moon Stainless Steel Grate Classic Joe, you can get the most out of your kamado’s Divide & Conquer® system. The half-moon design allows you to work at different heights and with different cooking surfaces at the same time.

    The grate is made of durable 304 stainless steel. The relatively thin bars allow the heat from the charcoal to pass through effectively, making the grate suitable for virtually any cooking method: from direct grilling to slow indirect cooking.

    For example, combine it with a half-moon cast iron grate, soapstone or griddle. This allows you to grill on stainless steel on one side while preparing something completely different on the other.
