    Turn your Kamado Joe Big Joe into a large flat griddle in one go with the Kamado Joe Karbon Steel Griddle. Perfect for smash burgers, bacon, eggs, vegetables, steaks and other dishes that you want to cook directly on a hot griddle.

    The Griddle is made of carbon steel, which heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly. The material is also lighter than cast iron and develops a natural non-stick surface when properly used. The integrated drainage system makes it easy to drain excess fat.

    There are sturdy stainless steel handles on both sides. Place the griddle in the Big Joe after removing the cooking grates, and it will then rest on the Divide & Conquer® system.
