    With the Kamado Joe Karbon Steel Paella Pan, you bring the Spanish outdoors to your BBQ. The wide, shallow pan is perfect for a generous paella, but also ideal for baking and sautéing meat, fish, vegetables and other dishes to share.

    The pan is made of pre-treated carbon steel, which heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly. The special dimples in the base are inspired by traditional paella pans and help cook your dish evenly. Two sturdy stainless steel handles make it easy to lift and serve the pan.
