    With the Kamado Joe Chicken Sitter, you can easily prepare a whole chicken upright on the BBQ. Fill the ceramic stand with, for example, beer, stock, cola, kecap manis or a marinade, and place the chicken over it. During cooking, the chicken remains upright and adds extra flavour to your dish.

    The Chicken Sitter holds approximately 0.5 litres of liquid and is suitable for a whole chicken weighing up to approximately 2.25 kg. As the chicken is prepared upright, the heat can circulate nicely around the meat for even cooking.
