Thanks to its narrow blade, you can work with great precision. Forged Intense knives are made of Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell. All Forged knives are hand-forged, have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. Packaged in a luxurious wooden box. With a 10-year warranty.
