Upright, it is a V-rack, suitable for large cuts of meat or (stuffed) poultry that need to cook slowly. Turn the rack over and it is ideal for preparing spareribs. The constant airflow around the Ribs and Roasting Rack ensures excellent results. A must-have for carnivores.

    You can also use the Ribs and Roasting Rack as a resting tray to make your meat even juicier. Tip: combine the rack with the matching rectangular Rectangular Drip Pan. This catches the cooking juices and gives you the perfect base for a delicious gravy. The V-rack can hold roasts or ribs weighing up to around 5 kilos.
