      The Black Wattle Restaurant-grade charcoal from Vuur&Rook provides a very long, consistent burn and intense heat in your (ceramic) BBQ! We import this charcoal from South Africa, where it is made from the waste wood of the fast-growing and widespread non-native acacia tree. Ideal for Low&Slow cooking in your ceramic barbecue, but also perfect for searing a steak or hamburger quickly Hot&Fast. This charcoal comes in a sturdy, generous 3-layer bag containing no less than 12 kilos of restaurant-quality charcoal!

      Tip from the BBQ pitmaster: Add your favorite Vuur&Rook smoking wood to create a subtle smoky flavor!
