    Product description

    This professional Vuur&Rook Smoker is fully double-walled, ensuring an even temperature distribution and making it barely affected by the outside temperature. It also significantly reduces condensation forming on the inside of this smoker. The smoker is divided into two sections and therefore has two separate doors (smoke chamber and firebox).

    It is also equipped with an extra-heavy-duty steel ash tray and firebox tray. Due to the perfect proportions of the smoke chamber and firebox, the smoke is drawn evenly through the side walls to the chimney, preventing ash and soot particles from reaching your product. Suitable for cold and hot smoking.
