    Ready to get serious about smoking? With this Vuur&Rook 100 cm stainless steel smoker, you have plenty of space for fish, meat and sausage. The cabinet is made of 1.4016 Cr-stainless steel and features a convenient viewing window, allowing you to see what is happening inside while smoking without constantly opening the door.

    The smoker has adjustable ventilation at the top and by the charcoal drawer. This allows you to better control the air supply while smoking. Inside, you can use up to 7 levels for your products. There are also separate positions for the drip tray and for hanging smoking hooks. The smoker is suitable for both hot and cold smoking.

    The standard package includes a thermometer, smoking dust tray, drip tray and hanging rods, among other items. Want more convenience later? According to SMOKI, this smoker can also be expanded with a 4.2 kW gas burner or a suitable electric heater.
