The Forged VG10 Santoku knife 14 cm is the Japanese version of the classic chef's knife, with three cutting functions: fine cutting, slicing and dicing. This versatile knife, hand-forged from Japanese VG10 steel with a hardness of 60 Rockwell, offers excellent precision in the kitchen. The blade has a thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. This knife comes packaged in a luxury wooden box and is supplied with a 10-year warranty. Also available in an 18 cm variant.
