      The Skillet XL with 2 handles from The Windmill is a robust 31.5 cm cast iron pan, perfect for use on the barbecue, in the oven, Kamado or over an open fire. Thanks to its two sturdy handles, you can easily lift it off the stove or straight out of the BBQ, even when it is very hot.

      Made from solid cast iron, this skillet retains heat exceptionally well and distributes it evenly across the entire pan. With proper use, a natural protective layer (patina) develops, which acts as a non-stick coating and protects the pan against rust. This means it only gets better the more you use it.

      Whether you want to sear a juicy piece of meat, take a creamy potato gratin out of the oven or melt marshmallows for s'mores around the campfire, the Skillet XL takes every dish to the next level. A durable all-rounder that, with proper care, will last a lifetime.
