And it’s not just ham and cheese—we love experimenting! Pineapple, chorizo, pesto, gorgonzola, leek, brie, onion, tomato… everything gets sliced.

    Previously, all our grilled cheese sandwiches went into a sandwich maker. We do things differently now! Our fire king Jacco first makes sure there’s a beautiful fire burning.
