      The barbecue pans from The Windmill are high-quality cast iron Dutch ovens, supplied with a matching cast iron lid. The inside of the lid features a dimpled structure, which distributes moisture evenly over the dish. This keeps the result extra tender and juicy.

      Thanks to their flat base, sturdy handles and lid with a raised rim, these pans are ideal for use on the barbecue. Combine the pan with our Stainless Steel Lid Knob Large or Small to place charcoal on the lid and create an additional heat source—perfect for slow cooking or outdoor oven cooking.

      The pans are made from durable cast iron, which ensures optimal heat distribution and retention. With proper use and maintenance, they will last a lifetime.
