      Product description

Do you want to cook indirectly, such as slowly cooking large cuts of meat or smoking salmon? Then you need the Plate Setter (heat deflector). This ceramic heat plate allows The Bastard to function as an oven. Your meat, vegetables or fish will no longer burn, but will cook evenly. The Half Moon Stone Black, available for The Bastard Medium, Large and XL, consists of one semicircular stone made of industrial ceramics.
