    The rub was specially developed for low & slow barbecue and works wonderfully on pork, ribs, pulled pork and chicken, but can also be used surprisingly well on beef or even grilled vegetables. Thanks to its blend of sugar, spices and natural flavourings, the rub caramelises beautifully during grilling or smoking, creating a tasty crust (bark) and a deep barbecue flavour.
