      Product description

      Please note: the stainless steel ring on the underside of the handle is loose. 

      The cast iron cone is used to heat fat and butter, among other things. The flambadou from Forged from the Churrasco series can be hung over the fire or placed in the barbecue to make it as hot as possible. The fat drips down, making the meat very juicy and keeping it that way, while giving the outside a beautiful brown color. The flambadou works best when it is glowing red, after which you place, among other things, a piece of bacon inside.

      The Forged Churrasco is not dishwasher safe.
