      Saus.Guru’s Champions’ Choice. Created with flavor elements that are fundamental to “American Style BBQ”: tomato, mustard, smokiness, honey and the fruitiness of roasted pineapple. Once all ingredients have been combined in the right proportions, the sauce is cooked. The result: a sauce with a wide range of (BBQ) applications, for both the beginner and the seasoned Pitmaster. Ideal for Low & Slow BBQ as a marinade, mop and glaze, or drizzle it over your favorite dishes or snacks before serving.

      Use Champions’ Choice in combination with Saus.Guru’s Mother of All Rubs for the ultimate combination in Low & Slow BBQ preparations. The duo is exceptionally delicious with spareribs. It is also an excellent marinade for sous-vide preparations. The active enzymes from the pineapple break down tough meat fibers, making the meat tender faster. Use this sauce as a glaze at the end of your cooking time at a low temperature, or add it as a gravy to pulled pork or pulled chicken. When diluted, the sauce also works well as an injection liquid, adding flavor from the inside out.
