      If you have bought or received a beautiful wooden board or bowl, you naturally want to enjoy it for as long as possible. However, wood is a natural product and is therefore subject to change. Cracks may develop over time. Wood should never be placed in the dishwasher. After each use, it is best to clean the board, bowl or kitchen utensil with a soft brush, lukewarm water and soap, and dry it with a dry cloth. Then allow the wooden product to dry vertically, with the wood grain upright. To retain its beautiful colour and shine, the wood should be regularly rubbed with a special maintenance wax.

      This maintenance product from Pure Wood Care is specially intended for maintaining cutting boards, serving boards, chopping blocks, wooden bowls and other wooden kitchen utensils. Because the products are completely food-safe, this range is highly suitable for restoring and maintaining wooden items used in the kitchen or on the table.
      In addition to mineral oil, the wax contains a natural wax that creates a water-repellent layer. This keeps the nourishing oil in the wood and moisture out. The wax therefore provides additional protection.
