      Maldon salt consists of beautiful pyramid-shaped crystals. These salt flakes have been harvested at the English coast near Maldon, in the county of Essex, by the family business since 1882. The production method has remained virtually unchanged since then and is largely carried out by hand.

      Maldon salt has a milder, more delicate flavour than regular sea salt. It has the pure, briny taste of the sea. You can crumble the salt between your fingers or leave the flakes whole for extra bite.
