    With the Kamado Joe Rib Rack Classic & Big Joe, you can prepare multiple racks of spare ribs at once without taking up your entire grill grate. By placing the ribs upright in the rack, you use the available cooking surface much more efficiently, allowing heat and smoke to circulate nicely around the meat.
