    With the Kamado Joe DoJoe Big Joe, you can turn your Big Joe into a real pizza oven. The clever, wedge-shaped construction means you do not have to keep opening the kamado and helps maintain a stable temperature between approximately 204 and 370 °C. This makes it easy to slide pizzas in and out while keeping the heat neatly inside the kamado.

    The DoJoe is made of sturdy cast aluminium and gives you a full view of your pizza while baking. This allows you to see exactly when the crust is crispy and the cheese is nicely melted, without having to lift the lid each time.

    This version is specially made for all Kamado Joe Big Joe Series models. Ideal for pizza, but also great for baking flammkuchen and other dough-based dishes at high temperatures.
