    The Joe’s Barbeque Smoker Smoke and Warming Chamber is a solid extension for various Joe’s 16" smokers. The chamber is mounted in place of the existing chimney and provides extra space for cold and hot smoking, slow cooking and keeping dishes warm. Thanks to the five possible rack levels and two included stainless steel racks, you can make optimal use of the vertical space. Perfect for fish, sausages, ribs and larger quantities of meat!
