      The Forged Intense paring knife is the smallest knife in the Intense series. A lightweight knife with a narrow blade. This knife is primarily used for peeling vegetables and fruit and for small, practical cutting tasks. The Forged Intense knives are made from Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell. All Forged knives are hand-forged, have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. Packaged in a luxurious wooden box. With a 10-year warranty.
