With the Porkert Enterprise 5 Meat Grinder Starter Pack you’ll have all the essentials for processing meat yourself! The manual Porkert Enterprise 5 is made of sturdy cast iron with a protective, food-safe tin coating and features a wooden handle. Thanks to the practical screw clamp, you can easily attach the meat grinder to a suitable work surface, without needing electricity. With a grinding capacity of approximately 0.5 kg per minute, you can process smaller quantities of meat for hamburgers, meatballs and homemade sausages. The included knives and grinding plates let you choose between a finer and coarser grind, while the three sausage stuffing tubes make it easy to fill your own sausages. With no less than 15 metres of hog casing included, this is an excellent starter pack for anyone who wants to get started making fresh sausages!
