This sturdy manual meat grinder is made of robust cast iron with a protective, food-safe tin coating and is ideal for anyone who regularly wants to process larger quantities of meat. Thanks to the practical screw clamp, you can securely attach the grinder to a suitable work surface and get started without electricity. With a grinding capacity of approximately 0.9 kg per minute, you can easily make fresh ground meat for hamburgers, meatballs and homemade sausages. The included knives and grinding plates allow you to determine the texture of your ground meat, while the three sausage stuffing tubes let you fill your own sausages. With no less than 15 metres of pork casing included, this is a versatile starter kit for anyone who likes to decide exactly what goes into their sausage or ground meat!
