The Forged Olive fish fillet knife is specially designed for precision filleting of fish. Thanks to its slim and flexible blade, you can effortlessly cut along the bones and get the most out of your fish. The knife is hand-forged from 12cr27 steel with a hardness of 60 Rockwell and features an olive wood handle. The blade thickness varies from 1 to 2 mm and the length is 18 cm. The fish fillet knife is delivered in a luxurious wooden box and comes with a 10-year warranty.
