      The Forged Brute Santoku knife 18 cm is the Japanese version of the chef's knife. The word ‘santoku’ means ‘three virtues’, referring to the knife’s three cutting functions: slicing, dicing and finely chopping. Thanks to this versatility, it can be considered an all-rounder in the kitchen. The Forged knives are made from Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell. All Forged knives are hand-forged, making each one unique. The knives have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. The Brute Santoku knife 18 cm is packaged in a luxury wooden box and comes with a 10-year warranty. Also available in a 14 cm version.
