    The Ash Tool actually has a dual function: it allows you to easily remove the ash from your Big Green Egg, but you can also use it to distribute the charcoal evenly before lighting the EGG. This practical tool works very well together with the Ash Removal Pan.

    To optimally control the temperature while cooking on the EGG, it is important to keep the amount of ash in the EGG to a minimum. Fortunately, the Ash Tool loves tidying up. Before using the EGG, simply push all the ash to the side with the metal poker, which will benefit your dishes. The Ash Tool is available in 3 sizes and can simply be hung up again after use.
