The PIZZA KIT contains:
- 1x Recipe booklet (with meat, fish, and vegetarian pizza recipes)
*correction page 1 in the recipe booklet.
Add 75ml water (instead of 125ml) when using 125g flour.
- 2x Mix for pizza dough
- 3x Tomato sauce
- 1x Pizza spices
Ingredients:
Mix for pizza dough: soft wheat flour type 00, 1.5% dry yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisae, emulsifier: E491), natural WHEAT sourdough.
This product may contain traces of soy and mustard.
Tomato sauce: tomatoes, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Tomato origin: Italy.
Pizza spices: salt, spices (paprika powder, chili, pepper), herbs (14% oregano, garlic, 5% thyme), vegetables (paprika flakes).
