I have never baked a pizza in my life, but that will change this summer. My husband also wants to work with the book to create variations. It is an inviting book to get started with. The tips in this book can go either way; from sweet to spicy. You may wonder whether that is original Italian, but in the world we live in now we like to use everything possible, wherever it comes from, to make a dish that is as tasty as possible for ourselves. This book has all the tools for that.
