The wood burns very cleanly and has a high calorific value, which even has a cleansing effect on the stove and flue.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"1119\"\u003eThe logs are normally split, but beech wood is naturally somewhat coarser than ash, birch and alder wood. The logs are approximately 25 cm long.
